Secondly, there is the Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Within the general psychology Ph.D., you can specialize in a range of different areas, including applied social psychology, developmental psychology and cognitive and behavioral neuroscience. For those who just want to make a start in psychology, Brigham Young University also offers a BS major in Psychology, as well as a minor in psychology.
