The program is blended, requiring both online and classroom-based attendance. Students must attend the college every other Saturday for a period of two weeks. Furthermore, they must take at least two specific courses every week. This is organized in such a way that even people who work or have other commitments would be able to attend.

California Southern University

BBA in Organizational Behavior

At the private school that is California State University, it is possible to study towards a BBA in Organizational Behavior, which has a very strong focus on psychology. The school was established in 1978 and has since been accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council. This means it has a particular focus on distance and online learning. Requirements of students are very stringent and they must maintain a 2.0 or higher GPA in order to graduate. It is possible, however, to transfer as much as 90 semester credits to the program.
