Degree Program in Leadership and Organization Behavior

Northwestern is a private university, initially founded in 1851. It has been recognized as being one of the best schools in our country by U.S. News & World, offering truly exceptional quality education. The program is blended, requiring both online and classroom-based attendance. Students must attend the college every other Saturday for a period of two weeks. Furthermore, they must take at least two specific courses every week. This is organized in such a way that even people who work or have other commitments would be able to attend.

California Southern University

BBA in Organizational Behavior

At the private school that is California State University, it is possible to study towards a BBA in Organizational Behavior, which has a very strong focus on psychology. The school was established in 1978 and has since been accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council. This means it has a particular focus on distance and online learning. Requirements of students are very stringent and they must maintain a 2.0 or higher GPA in order to graduate. It is possible, however, to transfer as much as 90 semester credits to the program.

BS in Organizational Behavior

The university was founded in 1971 and is California’s second-largest non-profit, private educational institution. They are full accredited to offer the various programs, including the online ones. The BS in Organizational Behavior program is a fully comprehensive degree that offers a varied range of topics within the curriculum. This includes such things as psychology, organizational development, ethics, team building and conflict resolution.
