Degree Program in Leadership and Organization Behavior

Northwestern is a private university, initially founded in 1851. It has been recognized as being one of the best schools in our country by U.S. News & World, offering truly exceptional quality education. The program is blended, requiring both online and classroom-based attendance. Students must attend the college every other Saturday for a period of two weeks. Furthermore, they must take at least two specific courses every week. This is organized in such a way that even people who work or have other commitments would be able to attend.

#2 California Southern University

BBA in Organizational Behavior

At the private school that is California State University, it is possible to study towards a BBA in Organizational Behavior, which has a very strong focus on psychology. The school was established in 1978 and has since been accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council. This means it has a particular focus on distance and online learning. Requirements of students are very stringent and they must maintain a 2.0 or higher GPA in order to graduate. It is possible, however, to transfer as much as 90 semester credits to the program.

Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership

CSU is a non-profit, public university with a regional Higher Learning Commission accreditation. The program can be completed fully online, meaning there is no requirement to attend any practicum or other classroom-based learning options. Furthermore, so long as a student remains enrolled in the program, the university offers a full tuition guarantee. The program is vigorous but very engaging and the goal is to make sure students are prepared to become true leaders in the workplace. One of the strong focuses of the degree program is communication, as students are expected to enter the workforce as true leaders.

BS in Organizational Behavior

The university was founded in 1971 and is California's second-largest non-profit, private educational institution. They are full accredited to offer the various programs, including the online ones. The BS in Organizational Behavior program is a fully comprehensive degree that offers a varied range of topics within the curriculum. This includes such things as psychology, organizational development, ethics, team building and conflict resolution. This degree is particularly suitable for those who know exactly what they want to do in the workplace, but perhaps less so for those who intend to go on to do a full Ph.D. program later on. Industrial Organization Psychology Degree Incorporating Business

SNHU is a non-profit institution that has been at the forefront of our country's education for over eight decades. It has been included on the 2012 list of Most Innovative Companies, released by Fast Company. It is the only university that has ever been able to do this. The above degree in industrial organization psychology has a very strong focus on business life. This means it also covers topics such as finance, marketing and accounting, incorporating psychology in each of these topics.
